Typically filled with pastry cream or ice cream and topped with fresh fruits, our sweet shortcrust pastry is ideal for making lemon, chocolate or fruit frangipane tarts.

Preparation Instructions

Fast defrost: place a single sheet on your workbench for 10 minutes.
Defrost entire box: For the best result, defrost in the refrigerator until pliable.
Lightly dust your work surface and pastry before cutting.
For the best result, we recommend baking in a fan-forced oven at 200°C.
